We highly recommend staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, as almost all conference events will be under one roof. If you stay at Gaylord, you do not need to rent a car — we recommend using Uber/Lyft or taxi to get to the hotel from the airport.

Planning your travel? We recommend arriving on Monday, September 2 (stay tuned for details about a possible separate concert in the evening of September 2!) and departing late on Thursday September 5 or Friday morning September 6. Pre-conferences and focus gatherings will take place in the morning on Tuesday, September 3. The conference will begin in the early afternoon on September 3 and conclude in the early afternoon on September 5. Consider staying the evening of the 5th to keep enjoying all the musical and cultural activities that Nashville has to offer.
