Who is this conference primarily designed to reach? . . .

This conference lies distinctively at the intersection of theology, artistry and congregational singing. It is primarily designed for church leaders who want to cultivate congregations that know and sing their faith. Plenary sessions for all registrants are provided to help build a uniform framework for a theology of congregational worship, and breakout sessions of more specific teaching are offered along lines of specific roles for worship teams, musicians, pastors, choral directors, tech teams, children’s workers, songwriters, seminary students and more.

What is the Hymn Sing at the Grand Ole Opry House? . . .

What better way to celebrate congregational singing than to gather your closest friends and sing at the top of our lungs? As part of your conference registration, you will receive a free ticket to the hymn sing at The Grand Ole Opry House on Monday night, September 18. This is considered part of the flow of the conference and we ask that all conference attendees attend. There will be a plenary talk and an amazing time of singing our faith.

Will the conference be interpreted for the hearing impaired? . ..

Yes! We will have an ASL interpreter for the main plenary sessions and a number of breakout sessions. When you register, please indicate this need and a member of our team will be in touch with specifics.

Something came up! Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund? . . .

If you find you will be unable to attend the conference, please email with the details of your request. A full refund (less a $25 cancelation fee) will be provided for requests received by June 17th, and a half refund (less a $25 cancelation fee) will be provided for requests received by September 1. No refunds will be given after September 1.

Where should I stay? . . .

What meal options are available? . . .

When you register you will have the opportunity to receive more information on meal options. Also, there are other wonderful dining options in the Brentwood and Cool Springs areas. Click here for a map of local restaurants.

What transportation options are available? . . .

For transport from the airport, both Uber and Lyft have an active presence in the area and have been notified of the increased traffic during these days. Check your local hotel for information about shuttle services.

How can I volunteer? . . .

A team of bright and excellent volunteers is needed for this exciting conference. Please contact us for more information. All volunteers must arrive a day early for orientation and training. All volunteers must be 18 or older.

Are children allowed? . . .

At this time, childcare will not be provided for the conference. Infants and babies may be present in the plenary sessions but we would ask for your sensitivity to those around you. Older children and teens may register to attend the conference so long as they are attending with their parents or guardian.
